For over 50 years, the Lobster Hut, located right on Town Wharf in the heart of historic Plymouth, Massachusetts, has been an icon of the area. Back in the early 1970s, the Lobster Hut was just a simple stand that offered whatever had just come in off the dayboats that ply the waters of Cape Cod Bay.
